AutoStream Car Care Announces New Hours of Operation

At AutoStream Car Care, family has always come first—our family and our customer’s families. To that end, we have made the decision to close our shops on Saturdays starting April 6, 2019. We’ve come to this decision after much discussion and careful consideration, and we feel that our folks deserve a 2-day weekend to spend time with their families. We have always believed in and “preached” work-life balance – and to count and appreciate your blessings. Because of that, we think this is the right choice for us as a company and a family going forward.

Please know that we will work with any special needs situations with our customers by offering two programs already in place: LYFT RIDES and our loaner fleet for emergencies and large repairs. Our phones will be answered by live staff on Saturdays for all appointment scheduling and any vehicle concerns.

Another HUGE positive for our customers in making this change is faster response in overall service work performed and improved repair efficiencies. With our goal of always providing the highest levels of service and support, we now will always have a complete and full staff of managers, service advisors and technicians every day of every week, Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm. Customers can always drop off their cars using our Overnight Service Envelopes – and they can still pick up their vehicles any day from 5am to Midnight.

We so appreciate every customer who has graced our doors over the last 20 years. We feel incredibly blessed by each and every one of you. It is our hope that there will be understanding among all of our customers about the purpose and the good intentions of moving forward with our five-day workweek.
